Each month you will receive a Profit and Loss Statement. This shows
how much you have made and spent for the month and year to date.
This will help you plan and prepare for taxes. Some companies also
receive a Balance Sheet. This shows the value of the business, how
the business is financed and how much equity the owner has in the
business.
Taxes
Preparation of Federal and State tax returns are included with no
extra charge for owner operators and company drivers who are using
our monthly service. For owner operators and drivers not using our
monthly service, please call for availability.
Prepaid Postage
We make it easy by supplying postage-paid envelopes for mailing
your receipts to us. We will even store your records and return them
categorized and filed with your tax returns.
Referrals
Receive one month of service for every referral who uses our
